I believe that therapy can give us hope and confidence to walk through the difficult parts of life that we all experience. I have personally experienced the healing that can come from therapy, which allows me to connect with my clients in a meaningful way. I am passionate about supporting teens, young adults and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward personal growth. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients develop coping skills, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. As a student I am committed to ongoing learning and collaboration with clients to tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. Additionally, I can integrate Christianity into therapy if requested. I look forward to getting to meet you!
