With a passion for helping others find hope during their most challenging times, I am honored to walk alongside individuals as you navigate the complexities of suffering. My journey in the field of mental health has been both enriching and fulfilling.

I recently completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Edward's University this year. During my academic and professional training, I gained invaluable experience providing trauma-informed care to teens and young adults grappling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. This period was instrumental in shaping my therapeutic approach and deepening my understanding of mental health issues.

My training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has equipped me with the tools to tailor my therapeutic methods to best suit your unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.

At the core of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves compassion and support. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome their struggles. It is through this empathetic approach that I aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those whom I serve. I work with clients from any faith background and offer Christian counseling to clients upon request.
